Global Header setup
On a Site Asset page (.aspx) click Edit Page. If not visible, remove the ?IsDlg=1 from the URL.
Click in the text shown under Content Editor as if editing this Title
On the Format Text tab click Edit Source in the Markup section and this will open an HTML Source dialogue. Paste this in the top of this section:
